Discreet Packaging
Our packages are standard brown without any markings, images or information that would give away what's inside of it.
On the shipping label there is only your and our address. Our address on the shipping label contains only our registered company name (see our imprint page) and not the name of the online shop to maintain discretion.
If the destination is outside the EU, there is a second sticker for customs with the contents of the package (we declare our products for customs as "Silicone Sculpture"), the product price and its weight.
Recycling & Environmental Protection
Our packages as well as the packaging material are made from recycled cardboard in order to lessen the impact our business has on the environment. Since our products are made for use in very sensitive areas of the human body we heat seal them inside hygienic plastic bags.
With this logo, we would like to show that we are a customer of Grüner Punkt and thus wish to fulfill our obligations to participate in the recycling system in accordance with the German Packaging Act.
