Shipping

We ship all our packages as discreet as possible. In short this means plain brown cardboard boxes with no markings that would give away the contents of the parcel. The shipping label shows our registered business name as seen in the Imprint page. International packages outside of the EU require a customs declaration where we declare the contents of the package as "Silicone Sculpture".

Shipping Rates

Please contact us if you are looking to buy from us but we haven't listed your country here yet. If it is possible for us we will look into expanding the regions we are shipping to include your country too.

Shipping Times

The shipping time depends on where the package is sent to. In general domestic packages in Germany take between 2-4 days to arrive after handing them of to DHL.

Shipments in the EU can take between 5-14 days on average and international shipments vary quite a lot depending on the current situation in the destination country as well as the current processing times of the customs office there.

For shipments to the US & Canada the estimated shipping time is currently between 4-6 weeks. Some packages have arrived sooner than that though but we can't guarantee this as we have seen very inconsistent processing times with the US customs office.
